Is VERAKS HEALTH a clinic?
VERAKS HEALTH presents treatment information and coordinates consultations and international patient journeys. Examinations and treatment are carried out by our own doctors and licensed teams in Istanbul. The doctors involved in your care are introduced during your consultation, before you agree to anything.
What happens during a remote consultation?
You share photographs, any recent X-rays or scans, and a short description of what you would like to change. For hair, clear photos of your hairline, crown and donor area are helpful. One of our doctors reviews the information and your coordinator follows up with initial thoughts, questions and possible next steps. A remote review is a starting point only: a final plan is always confirmed after an in-person examination at our clinic in Istanbul.
What photos should I send for a dental assessment?
Useful photographs include a natural smile from the front, a close-up of your teeth with lips relaxed and parted, side views, and views of your upper and lower teeth if possible. Take them in good daylight without filters. If you have a recent panoramic X-ray or scan, include that too. Your coordinator can send simple guidance if you are unsure how to capture a particular angle.
How is my quote prepared?
Your quote is based on the treatment your clinician proposes after reviewing your information. It sets out the recommended procedures, any alternatives discussed and what each stage involves. Because an in-person examination can reveal things photographs do not, an initial quote may be updated once you are seen at our clinic. Any change will be explained to you before treatment begins, and you are free to ask questions or take time to decide.
Am I committed to treatment once I have a consultation?
No. A consultation is an opportunity to understand your options and to decide whether you would like to proceed. You can ask about alternatives, take time to think, seek a second opinion or decide not to go ahead. Good planning depends on informed choice, and you should never feel rushed. Treatment begins only once you have discussed the plan and given your consent.
