Patient experience
Planning from abroad, made clearer.
Most of the planning happens before you travel. Here is how enquiries, remote review, scheduling and follow-up work for patients coming to Istanbul from other countries.
- Included in your plan
- VIP airport transferMet at IST or SAW and driven to your hotel and appointments.
- Your hotel stayConfirmed in writing, with your dates, before you travel.
- One coordinatorYour point of contact before, during and after your visit.
Your visit
From the airport to the clinic.
Four scenes from a typical visit — photographed in our VIP vehicle, at the partner hotel and inside the clinic.

Your VIP transfer 01Arrival
You land — and you are met.
Istanbul has two main airports: Istanbul Airport (IST) on the European side and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) on the Asian side. Whichever you fly into, you are met on arrival, so there is nothing to arrange when you land.

Your VIP transfer 02The drive
A quiet ride across the city.
Our VIP vehicle takes you to your hotel and to each appointment. Journey times vary with traffic, so appointments are never planned for the hour you land.

The partner hotel 03Your stay
A room to rest in between visits.
Your hotel stay is included in your plan. Your coordinator confirms the hotel, your dates and the pick-up times in writing before you travel, so you can rest between visits instead of navigating the city.

Inside the clinic 04The clinic
Unhurried appointments.
Appointments are arranged with our clinic around your dates, with time for assessment, imaging and decisions before treatment. Each step is explained before it begins.
How it works
Six parts of the process.
- 01
Initial inquiry
Write to us by form, WhatsApp, e-mail or phone. Tell us what you would like to change and any questions. No records are needed at this stage.
- 02
Remote consultation
If useful, you share photographs and any recent X-rays securely. A clinician gives first thoughts and possible approaches; this is guidance, not a diagnosis.
- 03
Travel planning considerations
We explain how many visits a plan may need, how long to stay and how recovery affects flights — so you can book with realistic expectations.
- 04
Treatment scheduling
Appointments are arranged with our clinic around your dates, with time for assessment, imaging and decisions before treatment.
- 05
Communication
One coordinator is your point of contact before, during and after your visit, by the channel you prefer.
- 06
Follow-up guidance
You leave with written aftercare and a direct line to your coordinator. Reviews are arranged remotely and, where useful, with your own dentist or doctor.
Before your consultation
What helps a clinician help you.
- Write down what bothers you most and what you would like to change — in your own words.
- Take clear photographs in natural daylight, without filters, following the guidance your coordinator sends.
- Gather any recent X-rays, scans or records from previous dental or hair treatment.
- List your medication, allergies and any medical conditions, past or present.
- Note any previous treatment you have had and how you felt about the result.
- Think about your schedule: when you could travel and how much time you can take for recovery.
- Prepare your questions, including about alternatives, risks and long-term care.
- Consider bringing photos of yourself from earlier years if they help explain the look you would like to restore.
