Privacy Policy

Who we are

VERAKS HEALTH is a consultation and patient coordination service based in Kartal, İstanbul, Türkiye. It presents treatment information and coordinates consultations; examinations and treatment are carried out by our own doctors and licensed teams in Istanbul. What this website collects

When you send one of the consultation, call-back or contact forms, the details you enter — your name and phone number and, if you add them, your e-mail address, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred timing and your message — are sent to our administration system so that a patient coordinator can contact you. We also record the page and language the form was sent from, and a copy of the request is e-mailed to our coordination team.

Only authorised VERAKS HEALTH staff can see these requests. We do not store your IP address; a one-way code derived from it is kept only to limit misuse of the forms. Requests are deleted automatically after a fixed retention period (currently 12 months), or earlier if you ask us to.

The website has no user accounts and uses no analytics or advertising tools. If you prefer not to use a form, you can contact us by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone instead.

When you send us a message

If you choose to continue on WhatsApp or by email, your message is sent through that service, and we receive the information you chose to include, such as your name, contact details and the treatments you are interested in. We use it to reply to you, to arrange a consultation and to help obtain a treatment plan or quote you have asked for.

• WhatsApp and email providers process messages under their own privacy terms.
• Please do not send photographs, documents or detailed health information until your coordinator or a clinician asks for them and agrees with you how they will be shared.
• If you ask us to arrange a consultation, the information needed for it is shared only with the doctors and team who will see you.
• We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us for, or as required by applicable law.

Health information

Health information is sensitive. If treatment planning requires it, you will be told what is needed, why, who will receive it and how it will be handled before you share it. You can ask questions or decline at any time.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small preference — for example whether you allowed maps to load automatically. Embedded Google Maps can set Google cookies, so the map loads only when you ask. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party links

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and Google Maps take you to services operated by other companies, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. In Türkiye these include rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). To make a request, email consulting@veraks.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. This policy is being reviewed with legal advisers before commercial launch and may be updated as a result.
